Our community is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

As an LPN, you will provide nursing care according to the client's care plan, including health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring the client’s condition, health promotion, prevention, and coordination of services.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years LPN experience
• Experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
• Ability to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to resident care and services
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective organization, time management, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively
• A strong dedication to seniors and their well-being
• Availability to work nights and weekends
