The role involves various responsibilities including patient assessment, medical records management, and providing support to patients and their families. The position offers a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, in an empowering work environment.

CDR Health Care Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses within the Naples-Collier County, FL area. Responsibilities potentially include but are not limited to :

• Recording a patient's medical information accurately
• Back-up relief for all staff positions as needed
• Adhere to all company policies and rules
• Perform specific tasks as requested by the incident commander or supervisor
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
• Communicate with patient's family or friends to provide advice, comfort, and instructions
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc. as needed
• Patient assessment and monitoring, vital signs

Minimum Requirements :

• Current State of Florida LPN license required in good standing
• Proven experience as LPN
• Minimum ASN and / or BSN preferred, not required

• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and best practices
• Excellent knowledge of medical terminology
• Above average physical condition and stamina
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and able to handle stress
• Excellent observation skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds
• Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to provide Form I-9 documents that show your identity and eligibility to work in the United States
• Bilingual (Spanish or Creole highly preferred)
