Join the Collegio alla Querce as a Hotel Sales Manager, where you'll drive revenue through strategic partnerships with luxury travel agencies in key markets such as the US and LATAM. Job Description

As part of the Collegio alla Querce family, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key luxury travel agencies and partners in the US and LATAM markets to identify business opportunities and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the intricacies of the luxury hotel market and be comfortable meeting and exceeding revenue goals, as well as being an excellent communicator and negotiator.

  • Support the hotel’s leisure revenue goals by generating transient business for the property
  • Build relationships with key luxury consortia accounts including: Virtuoso, AMEX, Signature, FHR, and others
  • Work with the property operations to ensure all VIP consortia guests are noted
  • Solicit, negotiate, and service appropriate luxury FIT/wholesale accounts related to agent training, marketing, reservations, etc.
  • Target key accounts to host familiarization trips to increase ROI
  • Analyze forecast, cost, and revenue reports to make strategic decisions
  • Maintain and build the Salesforce database of clients accurately
  • Evaluate promotional events, trade shows, community, and industry events to ensure attendance yields proper ROI
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or Luxury Travel Advisor representing a luxury hotel, resort, or travel agency
  • Ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit to achieve goals
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively represent the property
  • Ability to travel for trade shows, client meetings, tourism meetings, and other key events
  • Experience with Delphi/Salesforce systems
  • Previous experience in the US and LATAM markets
