Competenze

• 2-3 anni di esperienza in uffici legali.
• Competenza nella gestione delle questioni di privacy è un plus.
• Qualifica per la professione forense è un plus ma non obbligatoria.

Role and responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Analyzing and drafting various types of company contracts.
• Providing consultancy on legal issues such as civil, corporate, and labor law.
• Supporting strategic analysis and extraordinary corporate operations in collaboration with management, considering opportunities and legal constraints.
• Identifying legal solutions to protect the company, including consulting specialists in intellectual property, privacy, and administrative law.
• Managing and monitoring disputes with support from external lawyers.
• Supporting legal managers in foreign subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law, preferably with a grade of 105/110 or higher.
• Qualification for the forensic profession is a plus but not mandatory.
• 2-3 years of experience in legal offices.
• Experience in managing privacy issues is a plus.
• Strong skills in civil law (especially contracts), corporate law, labor law, administrative law (public procurement), and private international law.
• Excellent command of English.

Salary range: €33,000 – €38,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
