  • What you'll be doing day to day
  • Assist the Country Legal Manager and the Legal Team in reviewing, supporting, and securing the legal aspects of the business and operations in Ingka for Italy.

    • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure mutually sustainable solutions.
    • Support management and stakeholders to minimize legal risks and optimize business opportunities.
    • Coordinate with Group Legal & Governance to align country objectives.
    • Contribute to the implementation of the Business Plan and development projects.
    • Establish standard legal processes within the Ingka Group.
    • Develop legal competence and provide training to relevant stakeholders.
    What you'll need to have
    • Master’s Degree in Law
    • Admission to the Bar Association
    • At least 3 years of experience in an international legal environment, focusing on Contract Management and Commercial Agreements
    • Proficiency in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements in Italian and English
    • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
    • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
    • Comfortable handling unclear or unpredictable situations
    • Fluent in English and Italian
