Are you looking for meaningful and impactful work? The professionals at KPMG Studio Associato operate across all major areas of taxation and corporate law, providing integrated and innovative services.

We are seeking a professional to join the Legal Public Sector team to carry out activities related to public procurement law, anti-bribery and transparency requirements, processing of personal data in the public sector (GDPR), and the digitalisation of public administration (Digital Administration Code). Specifically, these activities will involve working with public administration bodies in areas such as:

  • public works, service and supply contracts (Legislative decree no. 36/2023);
  • processing of personal data in the public sector (Regulation (EU) 679/2016 – GDPR, Legislative decree no. 196/2003);
  • digital public administration, e-procurement, e-health, and the digitalisation of administrative procedures (Legislative decree no. 82/2005);
  • obligations under anti-bribery and transparency laws (Law no. 190/2012 and Legislative decree no. 33/2013);
  • rules for state-owned companies (Legislative decree no. 179/2016).

This opportunity is ideal if you have:

  • a master's degree in law with a final grade of at least 105/110;
  • experience with large law firms, state-owned companies, or public bodies in relevant areas;
  • being a practicing lawyer or certified to practice law;
  • good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • strong organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities;
  • motivation to grow professionally;
  • a flexible and dynamic approach.
