Do Work That Matters – Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a professional to join the Legal Public Sector team to work on public procurement law, anti-bribery and transparency, data processing in the public sector (GDPR), and digitalisation of public administration. Responsibilities include:

  • Public works, service, and supply contracts (Legislative decree no. 36/2023)
  • Processing of personal data in the public sector (GDPR, Legislative decree no. 196/2003)
  • Digital public administration, e-procurement, e-health, and digitalisation of administrative procedures (Legislative decree no. 82/2005)
  • Anti-bribery and transparency regulations (Law no. 190/2012, Legislative decree no. 33/2013)
  • Rules governing state-owned companies (Legislative decree no. 179/2016)

Your Skills and Qualifications

This opportunity is ideal if you have:

  • A master's degree in law with at least 105/110
  • Experience with law firms, public bodies, or state-owned companies in relevant subjects
  • Practising or certified as a lawyer
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Motivation to grow professionally
  • Flexible and dynamic approach
