LEGAL OFFICER

Role Overview

We seek a motivated and experienced Legal & Contracts Officer to provide legal support across regulatory compliance, intellectual property, corporate/strategic transactions, and litigation management.

Main Responsibilities

1. Commercial contracts: Drafting, negotiation, and finalization of contracts with suppliers and customers.
2. Commercial disputes: Managing commercial claims and extrajudicial disputes, negotiating and finalizing settlement agreements.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a top-tier law firm or multinational company.
• Law degree.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
