We are seeking a reliable and highly motivated Legal Junior Consultant to support our Legal & Compliance Team.

The ideal candidate has:

• First working experience or 1 year in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Italian is required; proficiency in English (at least C1) is also necessary.
• Law Degree.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and translating legal documents such as contracts, NDAs, leases, tenders, consultancy agreements, brokerage mandates, and other legal agreements related to real estate transactions.
• Conducting legal research on local, regional, and national laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance.
• Supporting compliance monitoring activities to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting in privacy and data protection efforts, including GDPR compliance, maintaining confidentiality, and handling personal data responsibly.
• Supporting risk assessments and due diligence investigations on potential transactions.
• Monitoring legislative developments and assisting in updating internal policies and procedures accordingly.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate legal aspects into project planning and execution.
• Preparing documents, presentations, and updating spreadsheets to meet deadlines.
• Maintaining comprehensive records of legal documents and compliance reports for audits and reviews.
• Participating in legal and compliance training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and regulations.
• Coordinating with external legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and third-party entities as needed.
