La persona selezionata progetterà e testerà workflow basati sull'AI e sui Libra Assistant, collaborando con Sales, Customer Success, Product ed Engineering.

Interverrà nella traduzione di competenze legali in dati strutturati, prompt e processi che garantiscano output legali affidabili, fornendo insight ai team di prodotto

Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Legal Engineer capace di muoversi con sicurezza in un ambiente dinamico e in continua evoluzione. La figura ideale unisce solide competenze giuridiche a una spiccata attitudine tecnologica, portando un approccio creativo e orientato alle soluzioni in ogni sfida che si presenta. Oltre alla padronanza tecnica in ambito legale, requisito essenziale, ci aspettiamo una persona capace di instaurare rapporti di fiducia autentici con avvocati e professionisti legali, di entrare in empatia con i loro bisogni reali e di tradurre quella comprensione in soluzioni concrete, originali e che apportino valore concreto al professionista.

Principali responsabilità:

• PROGETTAZIONE E SVILUPPO AI. Progettare e testare workflow basati sull'AI e Assistenti Libra nei principali ambiti legali, collaborando con i team Sales, Customer Success, Product ed Engineering.
• Tradurre la competenza legale in dati strutturati, prompt e workflow per garantire output dell'AI accurati e solidi dal punto di vista giuridico.
• Fornire insight concreti ai team Product ed Engineering per migliorare la qualità dei prompt, l'accuratezza e la copertura dei domini.
• Contribuire al miglioramento continuo del prodotto e ai contenuti della knowledge base.

ENGAGEMENT CON I CLIENTI

• Lavorare direttamente con i clienti per comprendere i casi d'uso, mappare i processi e configurare soluzioni personalizzate sulle loro esigenze specifiche.
• Supportare i piloti e i proof of concept, adattando le funzionalità di Libra a documenti legali reali, modelli e workflow di ricerca.
• Agire come consulente di fiducia, guidando i clienti — studi legali, legal department e singoli avvocati — nelle migliori pratiche per il lavoro legale assistito dall'AI.
• Gestire la consegna efficace dei workflow e delle configurazioni AI, mantenendo elevati i livelli di adozione e soddisfazione del cliente.

FORMAZIONE E CONTENUTI

• Creare contenuti e materiali formativi per la Libra Academy, con l'obiettivo di favorire l'adozione e il successo degli utenti.
• Facilitare sessioni di training, onboarding e workshop rivolti a professionisti legali, con linguaggio accessibile e approccio empatico.
• Produrre documentazione tecnico-legale, guide pratiche e template riutilizzabili per clienti e colleghi.

STRATEGIA E INNOVAZIONE

• Monitorare le tendenze del LegalTech e le nuove capacità dell'AI per contribuire alla definizione delle priorità della roadmap di prodotto.
• Proporre soluzioni originali a problemi nuovi, anche in assenza di un percorso predefinito, con spirito di iniziativa e pensiero laterale.
• Collaborare in modo proattivo con tutti i team aziendali, contribuendo a un miglioramento continuo dei processi interni.
