Responsibilities
  • Provide legal support to the industrial area in managing daily matters related to supplier contracts and ensuring alignment with company procedures and applicable laws and regulations;
  • Draft, review, and negotiate company contracts in both Italian and English (including contracts for goods and services procurement, supply, shipping, transportation, commercial lease, consultancy, IT, etc.);
  • Collaborate with representatives from various business units (operations, logistics, procurement, facility, sustainability, product compliance) to analyze, evaluate, and finalize both ordinary and extraordinary business projects;
  • Monitor national and international regulatory updates relevant to the sector and share them with the legal team to assess potential adjustments to company policies and/or contracts;
  • Provide legal opinions on specific issues and/or business initiatives, assessing potential legal risks and/or opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Law degree. Admission to the Italian Bar is a preferred qualification;
  • Minimum of 2 years of legal experience, preferably within medium-sized companies or law firms providing corporate legal support;
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
  • Strong autonomy in managing and organizing tasks and projects;
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain legal concepts in writing and verbally to colleagues from other departments;
  • High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and reliability.
