LEGAL COUNSEL - MARKETING & COMMUNICATION

We are looking for a LEGAL COUNSEL - MARKETING & COMMUNICATION based in MILAN.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft and review contracts related to marketing and communication services, including (i) special projects (collaborations, partnerships, co-branding), (ii) all agreements related to the organization of the fashion shows and events, (iii) vendor agreements, (iv) talents/celebrities/influencers agreements and (v) advertising contracts (agencies, shooting).
• Provide legal support for the organization of fashion shows, events, and marketing/advertising campaigns, ensuring compliance with regulations and advising on potential legal issues.
• Carry out legal research (doctrine and jurisprudence) to provide advice with respect to regulatory matters related to communication & marketing activities.
• Cooperate and assist in reviewing/updating internal policies and implement archiving files.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in law. Fully educated lawyer with an excellent academic background.
• 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience, with a proven track record in marketing & communication activities.
• Experience as in-house counsel in the fashion and luxury industry is a plus.
• Proficient knowledge of English (other languages are a plus).
• Proactive, business-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
