Main Responsibilities
  • Providing legal advice and support in relation to:
    • M&A transactions (including post-closing and integration activities)
    • Commercial operations/contracts
    • Corporate governance, tax and finance matters
  • Managing external legal counsels (and related budget)
Experience Required

1-3 years of experience in in-house legal deptartments of multinational companies or law firms with focus on M&A

Education

Degree in Law
