Job Description :

Enfinity is seeking a Legal Counsel specialized in Construction to be a key member of the European legal team. This role involves providing legal advice on construction activities in Europe (Spain, Italy, UK), working closely with contractors and construction companies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with technical contract matters related to construction, operation, revamping, project development, engineering, asset management, and security contracts.
• Draft and negotiate EPC agreements, guarantees, ancillary documentation, services development agreements, JV and co-development agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, supply agreements, and management and services agreements.
• Analyze applicable laws related to contracts and draft legal opinions.
• Define standard contracts across the project lifecycle (development, construction, asset management).
• Review and negotiate commercial contracts and respond to legal requests from various functions.
• Assess legal risks in company activities and propose mitigation strategies.
• Engage with external parties including regulators, counsel, clients, suppliers, and financiers.

Required Skills :

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the energy sector, either as internal or external counsel.
• Experience working on international energy projects.
• Strong understanding of business operations with financial insight.
• High professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility, teamwork skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
