Overview

Job Title: Legal Counsel Contracts Specialist

Location: Milan

Experience: Newly Qualified to 3-5 years PQE (area of expertise: In-House)

Our client is a market leader in the development of IT outsourcing solutions for the financial services sector, with €400 million turnover, over 150 customers and 2,600 employees. The company is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic lawyer to join their legal team in Milan.

You should have solid expertise in drafting and negotiating general commercial contracts, ideally IT agreements, outsourcing agreements, software license agreements and contracts, IT licenses, global franchise, distribution, agency and concession agreements, procurement contracts and privacy matters.

You will report directly to the head of the legal. You should be comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently, with a willingness to assume responsibility. Strong planning and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail are required.

You will be a native Italian speaker with fluent English (both written and spoken).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer in private practice who is interested in moving in-house, as the client would prefer someone coming from a leading law firm.
