Are you ready for a new challenge?

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and functionally to the Head of Legal Services.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the legal team in handling various legal issues (excluding labor law), such as legal opinions, contract drafting, and legal analysis, with a worldwide scope.

Main Activities :

• Preparing legal opinions to support business areas, including:

Gathering legal opinion requests from departments;

• Analyzing requests considering company needs, legal constraints, processes, and request level;
• Collaborating with external legal advisors for specific issues;
• Assessing legal risks to support business decisions.

Drafting contracts related to dealership, sponsorship, motorsport, consultancy, procurement, engineering, and licensing on a global scale.

• Supporting departments during negotiations with suppliers on legal matters;
• Ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Handling regulatory compliance by analyzing relevant automotive regulations worldwide.

• Managing legal arguments through information gathering and analysis;
• Evaluating legal risks and advising on strategic responses;
• Providing legal support on brand protection and intellectual property cases;
• Monitoring legal service providers and costs;
• Collaborating with VW legal units and regional legal teams globally;
• Supporting product liability issues.

About you

• Degree in Law (MBA/LLM or similar is a plus);
• Over 4 years of experience in international law firms or multinational companies;
• Bar admission preferred;
• Proficiency in Italian and English; German is a plus;
• Strong communication skills;
• Team-oriented and meticulous.
