Seeking a challenging environment to develop your career? We are hiring a Legal Counsel at our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and functionally to the Head of Legal Services.

Your responsibilities include supporting the Head of Legal Services with legal issues (excluding labor law), such as legal opinions, contract drafting, and legal arguments, with a worldwide scope.

Main Activities :

• Preparing legal opinions to support business areas, including analyzing requests, coordinating with external legal providers, and evaluating legal risks.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts (dealership, sponsorship, motorsport, consultancy, procurement, engineering, licensing) globally.
• Supporting regulatory compliance by analyzing relevant automotive sector regulations worldwide.
• Managing legal arguments, analyzing legal risks, and advising on strategic legal approaches.
• Providing legal support on brand protection and intellectual property issues.
• Evaluating legal service providers and monitoring costs.
• Collaborating with VW Legal units and regional legal teams worldwide, supporting product liability topics.

About you

• Law degree; MBA/LLM is a plus.
• Over 4 years of experience in international law firms or multinational companies.
• Bar admission preferred.
• Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus.
• Effective communicator and team player.
• Precise and attentive to detail.
