Un'azienda di servizi legali cerca un Legal Counsel a Trento per assistere nella redazione e revisione di contratti aziendali. Richiesta 2+ anni di esperienza in un contesto FMCG e fluente in inglese. Opportunità di lavoro a tempo determinato con un contratto di 12 mesi.

Competenze

• Fluenza in inglese è una condizione necessaria.
• 2+ anni di esperienza, preferibilmente in un contesto FMCG internazionale.
• Membro dell'Ordine degli Avvocati italiano e/o conoscenza di un'altra lingua è preferibile.

Overview

Fixed-term contract, 12 months. Provides a variety of legal services aimed at supporting the day-to-day activities and global operations of kdc/one Scentend & Living Solutions Division and its subsidiaries worldwide, in the areas of commercial and contract laws.

Role: Legal Counsel at Jobbit.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the drafting, review and negotiation of various business contracts, including procurement, distribution, manufacturing, services, development, purchasing or sale, and NDAs, among other, involving counterparties located around the world.
• Participate in risk identification and the development of legal solutions.
• Provide legal advices and opinions on various matters related to KDC/One\'s commercial activities, including with regard to applicable legislation and regulations.
• Support business units with regard to legal issues raised in the course of the company\'s day-to-day activities (commercial, supply, etc.).
• Participate in the development and maintenance of corporate templates and procedures, of the legal documentation database, and the automation of certain documents and processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is a prerequisite
• University degree in Law
• 2+ years of experience, preferably in FMCG business operating in an international environment
• Experience in planning, organizing, and prioritizing time and competing deadlines to complete job responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Negotiation
• Strong ability to think strategically to resolve issues effectively and efficiently and to build collaborative relationships with business leaders
• Highly skilled in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Developed business acumen
• Business oriented
• Italian bar membership and/or knowledge of another language will be considered as preferable
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Teams/SharePoint/One Drive
