Un'azienda di servizi legali in Trentino-Alto Adige cerca un Legal Counsel con esperienza nel settore FMCG internazionale. Il candidato ideale deve essere fluente in inglese, avere una laurea in giurisprudenza e almeno 2 anni di esperienza. Le responsabilità includono la redazione di contratti commerciali e la consulenza legale sulle attività aziendali.

Competenze

• Fluente in inglese è un requisito.
• 2+ anni di esperienza, preferibilmente in un contesto FMCG internazionale.
• Membro dell'ordine degli avvocati italiano e/o conoscenza di un'altra lingua sono preferibili.

Mansioni

• Assistere nella redazione e negoziazione di contratti commerciali.
• Partecipare all'identificazione dei rischi e allo sviluppo di soluzioni legali.
• Fornire consulenze legali sulle attività commerciali dell'azienda.

LEGAL COUNSEL

Fixed-term contract, 12 months

Provides a variety of legal services aimed at supporting the day-to-day activities and global operations of kdc/one Scentend & Living Solutions Division and its subsidiaries worldwide, in the areas of commercial and contract laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the drafting, review and negotiation of various business contracts, including procurement, distribution, manufacturing, services, development, purchasing or sale, and NDAs, among other, involving counterparties located around the world.
• Participate in risk identification and the development of legal solutions.
• Provide legal advices and opinions on various matters related to KDC/One's commercial activities, including with regard to applicable legislation and regulations.
• Support business units with regard to legal issues raised in the course of the company's day-to-day activities (commercial, supply, etc.).
• Participate in the development and maintenance of corporate templates and procedures, of the legal documentation database, and the automation of certain documents and processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is a prerequisite
• University degree in Law
• 2+ years of experience, preferably in FMCG business operating in an international environment.
• Experience in planning, organizing, and prioritizing time and competing deadlines to complete job responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Negotiation
• Strong ability to think strategically to resolve issues effectively and efficiently and to build collaborative relationships with business leaders.
• Highly skilled in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Developed business acumen.
• Business oriented
• Italian bar membership and/or knowledge of another language will be considered as preferable
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Teams/SharePoint/One Drive.
