About the job

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our headquarters in Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and the Head of Legal Services. You will support legal matters across the company, excluding labor law, with a global scope.

Main Activities:

• Prepare legal opinions to support business needs, including analysis of requests and cooperation with external legal providers.
• Draft and review contracts such as dealership, sponsorship, motorsport, consultancy, procurement, engineering, and licensing agreements.
• Analyze and ensure compliance with automotive sector regulations worldwide.
• Manage legal arguments, risks, and provide strategic advice.
• Support brand protection and intellectual property cases.
• Collaborate with VW legal units and regional teams on legal issues globally.
• Assist with product liability topics.

About you

• University degree in Law; MBA/LLM is a plus.
• Over 4 years of experience in international law firms or multinational companies.
• Bar admission preferred.
• Proficiency in Italian and English; German is a plus.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
