Job Description Role Summary

This role involves providing legal advice and counsel across multiple areas of business law, related to the organization’s legal rights and obligations.

Main Tasks

• Providing legal advice in areas such as corporate law, real estate, tax, business litigation, transactions, anti-trust, compliance, intellectual property, employment, corporate governance, and ethics.
• Researching, analyzing, and interpreting laws, statutes, and regulations.
• Identifying and addressing legal risks.
• Drafting, negotiating, and approving legal contracts, letters of agreement, policies, and other documents related to trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters.
• Representing the organization in litigation, arbitration, mediation, or disputes with courts, government agencies, or legal authorities.
• Collaborating with external legal counsel on complex legal issues.

Your Profile

• University degree in law.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional firm with international contacts or in a legal department of a structured company.
• Highly organized, motivated team player with a strong drive to succeed.
• Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory).
• Admission to the Bar is preferred.
