Seeking a challenging environment to develop your career? We are hiring a Legal Counsel at our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting to the CFO and the Head of Legal Services.

You will support the legal team in handling company legal issues (excluding labor law), including legal opinions, contract drafting, and legal arguments, with a global scope.

Main Activities:

• Prepare legal opinions to support business units, analyzing requests considering company needs, legal constraints, and processes; collaborating with external legal advisors as needed; evaluating legal risks to inform business decisions.
• Draft and negotiate contracts (dealership, sponsorship, motorsport, consulting, procurement, engineering, licensing) worldwide; support negotiations with suppliers concerning legal matters, ensuring timely completion.
• Analyze relevant automotive regulations globally to ensure product compliance.
• Manage legal arguments through information gathering and analysis; assess legal risks and advise on strategies; collaborate with external legal partners.
• Provide legal support on brand protection and intellectual property issues; evaluate legal service providers and monitor costs.
• Coordinate with VW legal units for benchmarking and legal structure updates; work with regional heads on global and local legal issues; assist with product liability topics.

About you

• Degree in Law (MBA/LLM or equivalent is advantageous)
• Over 4 years of experience in international law firms or multinational companies
• Bar admission preferred
• Fluent in Italian and English; German skills are a plus
• Effective communicator, team player, precise, and attentive
