Seeking a challenging environment to develop your career? We are hiring a Legal Counsel at our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting to the CFO and the Head of Legal Services.

Your role involves supporting legal issues across the company (excluding labor law), with a global scope, including legal opinions, contract drafting, and legal argumentation.

Main Activities :

• Preparing legal opinions to support business units, including gathering requests, analyzing needs, and evaluating legal risks.
• Drafting and negotiating various contracts (dealership, sponsorship, motorsport, consultancy, procurement, engineering, licensing) worldwide.
• Supporting compliance with automotive sector regulations globally.
• Managing legal arguments and risks, providing strategic advice, and collaborating with external legal partners.
• Offering legal support for brand protection and intellectual property issues.
• Monitoring legal service costs and collaborating with VW legal units and regional heads.
• Supporting product liability topics.

About you

• Law degree; MBA/LLM is a plus.
• Over 4 years of experience in international law firms or multinational companies.
• Bar admission preferred.
• Proficient in Italian and English; German is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Precise and attentive to detail.
