We are hiring a Legal Counsel at our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting to the CFO and the Head of Legal Services.

Your responsibilities include supporting the legal team with various legal issues (excluding labor law), such as legal opinions, contract drafting, and legal analysis, with a global scope.

Main Activities

• Prepare legal opinions to support business needs, including analysis of requests, cooperation with external legal advisors, and legal risk evaluation.
• Draft and review contracts across various domains (dealership, sponsorship, motorsport, consultancy, procurement, engineering, licensing).
• Support regulatory compliance by analyzing relevant automotive sector regulations worldwide.
• Manage legal arguments, assess legal risks, and advise on strategic responses.
• Provide legal support on brand protection and intellectual property matters.
• Evaluate legal service providers and monitor costs.
• Collaborate with VW legal teams and regional legal units for benchmarking and updates.
• Assist with product liability issues.

About you

• Degree in Law; MBA/LLM is a plus.
• Over 4 years of experience in international law firms or multinational companies.
• Bar admission preferred.
• Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, precision, and attention to detail.
