We are hiring a Legal Counsel for our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting to the CFO and the Head of Legal Services.

You will support the legal team in handling various legal issues (excluding labor law), including opinions, contracts, and legal arguments, with a global scope.

Main Activities :

• Prepare legal opinions to support business units, considering company needs, legal constraints, and processes.
• Collaborate with external legal providers for specific issues.
• Assess legal risks to aid business decisions.
• Draft and review contracts (dealership, sponsorship, motorsport, consultancy, procurement, engineering, licensing).
• Support negotiations with suppliers on legal matters and ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze and ensure compliance with automotive regulations worldwide.
• Manage legal arguments, conduct analyses, and advise on strategies.
• Provide legal support for brand protection and intellectual property issues.
• Evaluate legal service providers and monitor costs.
• Collaborate with VW Legal teams and regional heads on legal topics globally.
• Assist with product liability issues.

About you

• Degree in Law (MBA/LLM or similar is a plus).
• Over 4 years of experience in international law firms or multinational companies.
• Bar admission preferred.
• Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, precision, and attention to detail.
