Job Description Role Summary

The role involves providing advice and counsel across multiple areas of business law related to the organization’s legal rights and obligations.

Main Tasks

• Providing legal advice and counsel in business-related areas such as corporate law, real estate, tax, business litigation, transactions, anti-trust, compliance, intellectual property, employment, labor, corporate governance, and ethics.
• Researching, analyzing, and interpreting proposed and existing laws, statutes, and regulations.
• Identifying, evaluating, and addressing legal risks.
• Structuring, drafting, negotiating, and/or approving legal contracts, letters of agreement, policies, and other documents related to trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters.
• Representing and advocating for the organization in litigation, arbitration, mediation, or other disputes with courts, government agencies, or other legal authorities.
• Collaborating with external legal counsel on complex legal issues.

Your Profile

• University degree in law.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional firm with international contacts or in the legal department of structured companies.
• Highly organized and motivated team player with a strong drive to succeed.
• Fluent in English and Italian; these language skills are mandatory.
• Admission to the Bar is preferred.
