The ideal candidate should have a university degree in law, be fluent in English and Italian, and possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional setting. Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional firm with international contacts or in the legal department of structured companies.
• Admission to the Bar is preferred.

Job Description Role Summary

The role involves providing advice and counsel across multiple areas of business law related to the organization’s legal rights and obligations.

Main Tasks

• Providing legal advice and counsel in business-related areas such as corporate law, real estate, tax, business litigation, transactions, anti-trust, compliance, intellectual property, employment, corporate governance, and ethics.
• Researching, analyzing, and interpreting proposed and existing laws, statutes, and regulations.
• Identifying, evaluating, and addressing legal risks.
• Structuring, drafting, negotiating, and approving legal contracts, letters of agreement, policies, and other documents related to trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters.
• Representing or advocating for the organization in litigation, arbitration, mediation, or other disputes with courts, government agencies, or legal authorities.
• Liaising with external legal counsel on complex legal issues.

Your Profile

• University degree in law.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional firm with international contacts or in the legal department of structured companies.
• Highly organized and motivated team player with a strong drive to succeed.
• Fluent in English and Italian; both language skills are mandatory.
• Admission to the Bar is preferred.
