Competenze

• Oltre 4 anni di esperienza in studi legali internazionali o aziende multinazionali.
• Ammissione all'albo preferita.
• Fluente in italiano e inglese; tedesco un plus.

Mansioni

• Redazione di contratti per vari ambiti (distributori, sponsorizzazioni, ecc.).

We are hiring a Legal Counsel at our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and the Head of Legal Services.

Your responsibilities include supporting legal issues (excluding labor law) with a worldwide impact, such as legal opinions, contract drafting, and legal arguments.

Main Activities

• Preparation of legal opinions to support business needs, including:

Gathering requests from departments;

• Analyzing requests considering company needs, timing, legal constraints, and processes;
• Collaborating with external legal providers for specific issues;
• Evaluating legal risks to support business decisions.

• Contract drafting (dealerships, sponsorships, motorsport, consultancy, procurement, engineering, licensing worldwide):

Handling service requests from departments;

• Supporting negotiations with suppliers on legal matters;
• Ensuring timely completion of tasks.

• Regulatory compliance:

Analyzing automotive regulations worldwide to ensure product compliance.

• Legal arguments management:

Collecting information, analyzing risks, and advising on legal strategies in collaboration with organizational units and external partners.

• Providing legal support on brand protection and intellectual property issues;
• Monitoring legal service providers and costs;
• Collaborating with VW legal units for benchmarking and updates;
• Supporting legal topics worldwide with regional heads;
• Assisting with product liability issues.

About you

• Law degree (MBA/LLM or equivalent a plus);
• Over 4 years of experience in international law firms or multinational companies;
• Bar admission preferred;
• Fluent in Italian and English, German a plus;
• Effective communicator, team player, precise, and meticulous.
