A leading international company in Fano, Italy is seeking a skilled legal advisor to provide counsel across various business law areas including corporate law and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in law, at least 2 years of experience, and fluent English and Italian skills. This role involves drafting contracts, researching laws, and representing the organization in legal disputes.

Role Summary

Job Description

Function includes advice/counsel across multiple areas of business law related to the organization’s legal rights and obligations.

Main Tasks

• Providing legal advice/counsel in business-related areas of expertise (e.g., corporate law, real estate, tax, business litigation, transactions/anti-trust, compliance, intellectual property, employment/labor, corporate governance, ethics, etc.)
• Researching, analyzing, and interpreting proposed and existing laws, statutes, and regulations
• Identifying, evaluating, and addressing issues of legal risk
• Structuring, drafting, negotiating and/or approving legal contracts, letters of agreement, policies and other documents related to a variety of trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters
• Represent/advocate for the organization in litigation, arbitration, mediation or other disputes with courts, government agencies, or other legal authorities
• Accountable for liaising with external legal counsel on complex legal issues
  
  

Your Profile

• University degree in law
• Requires min 2 years of experience in Professional firm with foreign contacts, or in the legal department of structured companies
• Highly organized and motivated team player with strong drive to succeed
• Fluent English and Italian language skills mandatory
• Admission to Bar preferred
