Candidates should hold a law degree, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in English and Italian.

Job Description Role Summary

This role involves providing legal advice and counsel across multiple areas of business law related to the organization’s legal rights and obligations.

Main Tasks

• Providing legal advice in business-related areas such as corporate law, real estate, tax, business litigation, transactions, anti-trust, compliance, intellectual property, employment/labor, corporate governance, and ethics.
• Researching, analyzing, and interpreting laws, statutes, and regulations.
• Identifying, evaluating, and addressing legal risks.
• Structuring, drafting, negotiating, and approving legal contracts, letters of agreement, policies, and other documents related to trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters.
• Representing or advocating for the organization in litigation, arbitration, mediation, or other disputes with courts, government agencies, or legal authorities.
• Liaising with external legal counsel on complex legal issues.

Your Profile

• University degree in law.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional firm with international contacts or in a legal department of a structured company.
• Highly organized and motivated team player with a strong drive to succeed.
• Fluent in English and Italian; these language skills are mandatory.
• Admission to the Bar is preferred.
