Legal Department Role

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work within the legal department of an internationally fast-paced, multinational industrial group. Reporting to the CFO, the candidate will be involved in various legal topics.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents and agreements related to business needs.
• Manage the company's legal affairs, including corporate law, contracts management, privacy and data protection, intellectual property, and compliance with D.lgs. 231/2001.
• Serve as the primary contact for the Sales and Commercial teams, supporting daily operations and providing legal and business advice.
• Coordinate with external partners such as lawyers, notaries, patent attorneys, and advisors.
• Support management of the company's Intellectual Property portfolio.
• Monitor changes in legislation, jurisprudence, and doctrine at Italian and EU levels.
• Manage bankruptcy proceedings.
• Handle litigation and pre-litigation cases, including commercial and competition law.

Skills Required:

• Degree in Law; experience in legal firms is a plus.
• At least 3 years of legal experience in large organizations with a legal department.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
