We are looking for a

• Legal Counsel
• to join our expanding team and establish in-house legal services.

Main Activities & Responsibilities :

• Support and assist MDs and Client Engagement teams in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and contractual agreements (e.g., NDAs, service agreements, tech product / solution contracts, supply and purchase agreements, IT contracts)
• Prepare and draft minutes for corporate governance bodies periodically
• Monitor and advise on relevant regulations, legislation, and legal developments affecting our global operations
• Assist in M&A, venture investments, and corporate transactions
• Ensure compliance with governance processes and internal / external regulations
• Provide support on D.Lgs. 231 / 2001, privacy / GDPR, and other regulatory issues
• Create legal templates and develop company policies

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in Law
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in corporate governance law or at international law firms
• Experience working in international environments with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent drafting, decision-making, and deal-closing skills
• Comfortable handling privacy, compliance, SaaS legal implications, channel business, and technology transactions
• Experience managing external counsel
• Ability to work in high-intensity, scale-up environments
• Self-motivated with good stress and time management skills
