We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO). You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and functionally to the Head of Legal Services.
Your responsibilities include supporting the Head of Legal Services with legal matters (excluding labor law), such as legal opinions, contract drafting, and legal analysis, with a global scope.
Gathering legal opinion requests from departments;
Handling service requests from departments;
Analyzing applicable automotive regulations worldwide and supporting compliance efforts.
Gathering information and analyzing with involved units;
