Are you ready for a new opportunity?

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting to the CFO and the Head of Legal Services.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the legal team with company legal issues (excluding labor law), such as legal opinions, contract drafting, and legal arguments with a worldwide scope.

Main Activities

• Preparing legal opinions to support business areas, including analysis of requests and cooperation with external legal advisors.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts (dealership, sponsorship, motorsport, consultancy, procurement, engineering, licensing) globally.
• Supporting regulatory compliance and analyzing applicable automotive regulations worldwide.
• Managing legal arguments, risks, and strategies, including intellectual property and brand protection.
• Collaborating with internal units and external partners, including VW legal teams and regional heads.
• Providing legal support on product liability matters.

About you

• Law degree; MBA or LLM is a plus.
• Over 4 years of experience in international law firms or multinational companies.
• Bar admission preferred.
• Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus.
• Effective communicator and team player.
• Precise and attentive to detail.
