LEGAL COORDINATOR

About the Role

As Legal Coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact between internal business functions and external legal providers. You’ll manage and optimize the company’s legal flow—ensuring timely preparation, review, and coordination of commercial agreements, particularly within the marketing and sales areas. You’ll also support contract management tools, compliance programs, and minor litigation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate legal activities across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external counsel
• Draft and manage a wide range of commercial contracts (e.g. Services, POS, Retail & Wholesale, Consumer Activations)
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly
• Support contract digitalization, document archives, and legal tool training
• Provide compliance support in areas like antitrust and data protection
• Manage local disputes and assist with litigation coordination
• Ensure accurate and efficient legal workflows across departments

Who You Are

• 4–5 years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably in FMCG or a multinational environment
• Proven experience in commercial law, contract negotiation, and compliance
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Law degree required; a Master’s in Commercial Law is a plus
• Native Italian speaker with fluent English
