This Position reports to :

Finance Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will provide professional advice and counsel the Division across either a broad range of legal and integrity issues or within one specialist area and oversees or manages legal and integrity matters or processes as directed. Also ensure consistency in services and advice with no supervision.

In this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact as you will be accountable for :

Participates in or supports various changes efficiency and projects within the Legal & Integrity (L&I) team collaborating with stakeholders to drive automation and strategic initiatives.

Anticipates and addresses legal and integrity risks develops practical legal strategies ensures compliance with local and group policies and contributes to policy development and implementation.

Promotes good corporate governance supports the Code of Conduct and integrity training and assists in or leads investigations into integrity issues.

Contributes to the execution of the L&I strategy supports strategic goals monitors professional progress and manages performance in line with the Annual Performance Plan (APP) and financial targets.

Qualifications for the Role

You have a basic understanding of legal principles corporate compliance and regulatory frameworks.

You possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

You have good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders. Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and ensure policy compliance.

You are eager to learn and contribute to legal and integrity initiatives in a dynamic environment.

You have familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

You are at ease speaking in Italian and English.
