An exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager in Rome focusing on the renewable energy sector. You will manage contract negotiations, oversee compliance, and provide support for a significant solar energy portfolio. Ideal candidates will have a law degree and experience in infrastructure contracts. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• 3-5 years’ experience in legal roles, preferably in renewable energy.
• Experience in commercial contract negotiation.
• Strong understanding of Italian legal frameworks.

Mansioni

• Draft and negotiate contracts including EPCs and O&M agreements.

Job Title: Contract Manager

I'm currently hiring for a Contract Manager role in the infrastructure space within the renewable energy sector, based in Rome, Italy.

Role Overview:

• Contract management support for a major renewable energy portfolio (Solar)
• Key focus on the revamping/implementation phase of multiple infrastructure sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (EPC, O&M, PPA, NDAs, shareholder agreements, etc.)
• Managing legal risk, corporate governance, and compliance matters
• Liaising with external counsel and internal stakeholders
• Supporting litigation and dispute resolution processes
• Overseeing insurance, facility agreements, and contract milestones
• Contributing to internal policy and KYC/AML processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years’ legal experience, ideally in renewables or infrastructure
• Background in commercial contract negotiation and regulatory law
• Strong understanding of Italian legal frameworks and public authorities
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Based in or open to relocation to Rome
