We are looking for a Legal Contract Manager.

The successful candidate will report locally to our CFO and operate within the central shared service department of an international project business.

The main responsibilities include:

• Developing and creating contracts with customers and suppliers, considering legal risks and project specifics, in collaboration with local legal teams and external consultants.
• Developing standard agreements and clauses.
• Serving as an interdisciplinary interface between project management, sales units (including international), and other legal departments within the group.
• Conducting legal analysis and evaluating claims from customers and suppliers.
• Preparing and supporting contract negotiations.
• Developing business processes related to contract management.

Candidate requirements:

• A degree in law or a comparable master's degree in law.
• Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to manage interdisciplinary tasks in an international environment.
• Openness, good listening skills, and the ability to act appropriately on ideas of others.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, digital skills, and familiarity with digital, social media, and marketing platforms.
