A leading company is seeking a Legal Analyst to manage national and international contracts for project activities. The candidate will collaborate with local legal teams and external consultants, being responsible for extensive legal analysis, contract negotiations, and managing legal risks. This role requires fluency in both English and Italian, and experience in an international context with strong communication skills.

For the position, she / he will report locally to our CFO but operate within a central shared service department in an international project business.

The candidate will be responsible for legal analysis and creation of national and international contracts for project activities, as well as assessing the terms and conditions of tenders, NDAs, and general conditions.

Main responsibilities :

• Development and creation of contracts with customers and suppliers in projects, considering legal risks and project specifics in collaboration with local legal teams and external consultants.
• Development of standard agreements and clauses.
• Acting as an interdisciplinary interface between project management, sales units (including international), and other legal departments within the group.
• Legal analysis and evaluation of customer and supplier claims.
• Preparation and support of contract negotiations.
• Development of business processes related to contract management.

Competence requirements :

• Formal education in law and/or a master's degree in law or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• German or another language is a plus.
• Ability to manage interdisciplinary tasks in an international context.
• Openness, active listening, and appropriate responsiveness to ideas of others.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• High organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
