We are recruiting a consultant for our Intellectual Property Team in Milan, who will be involved in:

• Advising on intellectual and industrial property matters (trademarks, patents, design, copyright);
• Handling litigation and non-contentious activities for national and international clients;
• Drafting and reviewing contracts related to new technologies and digital media;
• Providing strategic consulting in the IT and tech sector;
• Supporting IP litigation and legal protection of IP rights;
• Managing cases independently and coordinating team members.

Skills and Characteristics

This opportunity is ideal if you have:

• At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in Italy in both litigation and non-contentious IP matters;
• Law degree and admission to the Italian Bar;
• Experience in leading law firms or IP departments;
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written);
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and coordinate teams.
