NTU International A/S is seeking a Legal and Governance Expert for the SupTech Framework in Europe. The role involves developing governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with EU regulations, requiring a law degree and substantial experience in legal reform. This position is on a consultancy basis, with short-term assignments based on specific needs.

Competenze

  • 8+ years' experience in EU-level legal reform or governance drafting.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and eIDAS.
  • Experience supporting cross-jurisdictional cooperation initiatives is a plus.

Legal and Governance Expert – SupTech Framework

Location : Europe

Duration : Medium-term

Estimated Workload : Short-term assignments / task-based consultancy

About the Opportunity : We are creating a pool of Legal and Governance Experts – SupTech Framework for a new FWC Contract : EC-SG REFORM / 2025 / OP / 0001 : Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member State. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Draft the governance and legal framework for the mutualisation of the SupTech Collaboration Platform.
  • Address legal, administrative, and institutional aspects for data use, information exchange, and platform deployment.
  • Propose risk management protocols and institutional responsibilities across participating NCAs.
  • Ensure alignment with EU data protection and supervisory mandates.

Qualifications :

  • Law degree with a focus on digital regulation, financial law, or administrative law.
  • At least 8 years of experience in EU-level legal reform, regulatory frameworks, or governance drafting.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, eIDAS, and supervisory data exchange practices.
  • Experience supporting cross-jurisdictional cooperation initiatives is highly desirable.
