Job Description

You’ll be ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day administrative support for the Business Development and Legal Functions, both based in HQ and European subsidiaries . How?

  • handling sensitive clients and partners communications
  • preparation of reports and presentations, ordering office supplies, collaborating in projects
  • organization of business trips, time, and attendance control, managing of expense reports
  • writing tender documentation under the guidance of proposal managers, primarily in English
  • handling general tasks related to the commercial register and Ultimate Beneficial Owner
  • regularly update customer communication systems, Legal Tool and Intranet
  • supporting the onboarding process of new employees

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience as administrative assistant or project assistant - preferably within an international matrix organization (industrial environment).
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and tendering procedures
  • Experience in organization of meetings / events and in travel / expense management
  • Proactivity, impeccable manners, and effective communication skills complete the profile
