Legal Consultant

Blue Factor is seeking a Legal Consultant to join its legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in the management of legal cases and ensuring that all legal procedures are carried out in accordance with regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Analysis of legal positions in the pre-contentious phase
2. Preparation of documentation for the initiation of legal proceedings
3. Management of requests from external lawyers
4. Monitoring of performance of external lawyers
5. Risk resolution related to the processing of cases
6. Support in the structuring of new operations

Requirements:

1. Degree in Law
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Flexibility and ability to work well under pressure
4. Strong analytical skills
5. Proficiency in English language
