Your key responsibilities
Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

1. Deliver, implement, and evaluate corporate trainings & development programs to improve individuals, teams, and the organizational performance of our Hotel de Russie, Hotel de la Ville, Rocco Forte House Rome, Masseria Torre Maizza and the Regional Offices;
2. Report to the Area HR Director;
3. Identify training needs, design and deliver training & development initiatives according to training calendar shared and agreed with HR Director;
4. Create relationships with managers and other Team Members within the properties to better understand and respond to different needs;
5. Support HR Directors and Senior Managers on talent review, development and management;
6. Produce training materials for frontal in-house courses when necessary or required;
7. Support line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
8. Support and manage the Departmental Trainers' development program;
9. Assist in the creation, implementation and facilitation of the Hotel Training Plan and budget that is aligned with the hotel's goals and strategic plan;
10. Keep abreast of Guest feedback by monitoring and analysing quality data (e.g. Revinate and LQA results);
11. Carry out all other reasonable requests in pursuit of continuous improvement;
12. Ensure consistent compliance with operating standards and regulatory requirements;
13. Maintain documents and records of all L&D activities.

Who we are looking for
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests. We are looking for team members who bring:

1. A talent for delivering engaging classroom training for multiple target audiences and animating the Learning community.
2. Fluent in English and Italian, both verbal and written.
3. Coaching and mentoring skills.
4. Previous experience in a similar role.
5. Experience in delivering a variety of training material and understanding of different training methods and channels.
6. Able to communicate ideas and instructions to staff at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
7. Able to plan activities and respect deadlines.
8. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
9. Advanced or proficient level of Microsoft Office skills, Power Point and Excel in particular.
10. Availability to travel within the Italian territory.
