Position Snapshot

• Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages (NWPB)
• Location: Assago (Milano)
• Contract: Full-time, Permanent
• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally complemented by previous experience as an HR Business Partner, enabling a strong connection between people development and business strategy
• Significant experience gained in global, premium-brand organizations, with exposure to international stakeholders and complex matrix environments.

Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary €65.000,00 + annual bonus.

Position Summary

Lead the Learning & Development agenda for NWPB, ensuring learning priorities are aligned with business transformation, premium segment growth and market needs. Accountable for learning governance, compliance training, capability building, L&D technology ecosystem, vendor management, budget governance and learning impact measurement across markets. Act as a strategic partner in shaping and implementing the NWPB Talent Management Strategy, ensuring that learning and capability-building priorities accelerate the development of critical talent, strengthen succession pipelines, support internal mobility, and build future-ready leadership capabilities aligned with business transformation and growth objectives. Scope: Global NWPB Reports to: Head of Talent & Engagement NWPB

What are the responsibilities?

• Define and drive the L&D strategy aligned with NWPB business priorities.
• Design and govern development journeys for key talent, successors and leadership populations, ensuring readiness for future business needs and critical roles.
• Establish governance of mandatory training, compliance tracking and audit readiness.
• Lead deployment of Learning Management system and digital learning ecosystem.
• Identify capability gaps and translate them into learning solutions.
• Design and deliver leadership, commercial and functional development programs.
• Measure learning impact through KPIs and analytics.
• Manage L&D budget and external learning partners.
• Support markets with fit-for-purpose learning solutions and best practices.
• Build strong partnerships with HR, Compliance and business stakeholders.

What will make you successful?

• Experience in Talent and Capability Building. would be a plus.
• Strong experience defining and deploying L&D strategies.
• Knowledge of compliance training governance and audit readiness.
• Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning and learning analytics.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.Capability to influence leaders and drive change in a matrix environment.
• Data-driven mindset, curiosity and continuous improvement orientation.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
