Job Description:

Italian Luxury Brand is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees at Corporate level, ensuring they perform at the highest standard of quality.

Activities:

  • Collaborate with departments and business functions to identify staff training and development needs. Use the results of needs analysis to design and develop comprehensive and innovative training programs for employees at all levels;
  • Schedule and deliver diverse training sessions, ranging from workshops and seminars to specialized programs, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for participants;
  • Coordinating all phases of the lifecycle of training projects, from the operative aspects to the evaluation, ensuring adherence to timelines and preset objectives through the management of the allocated budget;
  • Ability to identify and work with the right external providers, starting from their own network, for project development, ensuring that the training content is customized to the context;
  • Manage the organization's LMS, including user registrations and content uploads;
  • Generate reports and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

Here are some experiences/skills that we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Humanistic field or similar;
  • Language skills: Italian and English at professional level;
  • At least 4 years of experience in similar roles;
  • Proven experience in designing, developing and delivering various types of training interventions for different organizational seniority levels;
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at a different level;
