BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Learning & Development Coordinator to join our HR team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying training needs, designing and delivering effective learning programs, and supporting continuous professional development across the organization. By fostering a culture of growth and knowledge-sharing, he / she will help ensure that employees are equipped with the skills and capabilities needed to perform at the highest standards of quality and contribute to the company's long-term success.

In this role, you will :

• Collaborate with departments and business functions to identify staff training and development needs. Use the results of needs analysis to design and develop comprehensive and innovative training programs for employees at all levels;
• Schedule and deliver diverse training sessions, ranging from workshops and seminars to specialized programs, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for participants;
• Coordinating all phases of the lifecycle of training projects, from the operative aspects to the evaluation, ensuring adherence to timelines and preset objectives through the management of the allocated budget;
• Ability to identify and work with the right external providers, starting from their own network, for project development, ensuring that the training content is customized to the context;
• Manage the organization's LMS, including user registrations and content uploads;
• Generate reports and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
