A Pivotal Role in Talent Development

As an L&D Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful training programs that directly enhance service quality and elevate the guest experience. By supporting teams across multiple locations, you will be instrumental in building capability at scale and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a thriving, people-driven business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Engaging Training: Facilitate interactive, on-site training sessions for seasonal and permanent staff, ensuring operational excellence in guest service, safety, and hospitality best practices.
  • Design & Improve Learning Materials: Develop and refine training content, including technical guides, e-learning modules, and video tutorials, ensuring knowledge is accessible and engaging.
  • Coach & Support Teams: Act as a mentor to managers and frontline staff, equipping them with the skills and mindset needed to create exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure Consistency & Compliance: Standardize training delivery across Italy & Croatia, maintaining alignment with corporate standards while adapting to regional needs.
  • Evaluate & Optimize: Track training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously enhance learning programs to maximize impact.

Who We Are Looking For

This role is well-suited for a hands-on, people-focused L&D professional with experience in developing talent and ideally, a background in hospitality, tourism, or operational training.

  • Experienced Trainer: Proven background in learning & development, training, or operational coaching, ideally within the hospitality, tourism, or service industries.
  • Engaging Communicator: Capable of delivering dynamic, high-energy training sessions and inspiring teams at all levels.
  • Innovative & Adaptable: Passionate about creating relevant learning solutions in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Multilingual & Culturally Aware: Fluent in Italian and English (Croatian or French are a plus), with a natural ability to connect with diverse teams.
  • Willing to Travel: Comfortable with regular travel across Italy & Croatia to ensure the effective delivery of training programmes.
