We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to work closely with HR and business leaders, shaping and delivering impactful learning initiatives, elevating in-store excellence, and supporting talent development across multiple markets. Based in Milan, you will act as the primary L&D partner for retail and corporate teams across Europe and selected international markets. You’ll support the design and roll-out of training programmes, advise leaders on learning needs, and ensure alignment with global standards. This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders, ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.
