Pilot Assessments in Italy seeks a VIP Learjet 45 captain to lead safe, compliant operations from flight planning through post-flight, delivering a discreet, polished VIP service.

You will coordinate with ground, dispatch, and cabin teams, make timely decisions in dynamic conditions, and oversee performance, weight and balance, fuel, and alternates. A strong client-service ethos and impeccable airmanship are essential.

Competenze

• Current and valid LR-45 type rating required.
• Valid ATPL issued by EASA.
• Class 1 medical certificate.
• Minimum 3000 total flight hours.
• ICAO English Level 4+.
• VIP/private charter experience with strong client-service ethos.
• Impeccable airmanship and proactive safety mindset.

• Champion CRM, mentor the First Officer, and foster clear, calm cockpit communication.
• Ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and aircraft readiness at all times.

What you bring

• Type rating: Current and valid LR-45 type rating (required)
• License: Valid ATPL issued by EASA
• Medical: Class 1
• Total time: Minimum 3000 hours
• Language: ICAO English Level 4+
• Experience: Proven VIP/private charter experience with a strong client‑service ethos
• Impeccable airmanship, threat & error management, and a proactive, safety‑first approach.
